1. Subject and Access
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AlpGuardIA interface by the end user. Access is provided under the subscription taken out by your employer.
2. Tool Role and Technical Limits
AlpGuardIA is a technical pseudonymisation assistant that automatically detects and replaces standard personal identifiers before transmission to an external AI. AlpGuardIA does not understand the context of your requests.
3. User Responsibility and Mandatory Validation
The user is solely responsible for the content they submit. The tool is not designed to guarantee anonymisation of complex contexts or business secrets.

4. Security and Acceptable Use
The user agrees to keep their password strictly confidential and not to attempt to circumvent security measures, use the service for unlawful purposes, or submit requests aimed at reverse engineering the algorithms.
